Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations at clinical research sites, manage staff, and drive enrollment performance. The role combines leadership with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a background in clinical research, strong communication, and proficiency with EMR and CTMS systems, plus willingness to travel between facility sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; science disciplines preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior Clinical Research Coordinator; some management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard office software; experience with EMR and CTMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities across research site(s) including staff management and operational planning.
• Lead site training of clinical operations staff and oversee enrollment performance.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks in EMR and CTMS by CRCs and RAs; monitor timelines and performance.
• Maintain effective communication with CROs, sponsors, Principal Investigators, and Iterative Health management.
