Job summary
Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, is seeking a Technical Services Engineer – Site Infrastructure & Enablement to ensure our managed clinical research sites have the technical, operational, equipment, and ancillary‑service support needed to launch and operate efficiently.
In this role, you will own Tier 1 site support, equipment provisioning for builds, vendor engagement, and site readiness across our network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, healthcare or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years supporting clinical research sites or multi-site environments.
- Own Tier 1 support from intake through resolution with escalation as needed.
- Experience with clinical/healthcare tech, EHRs, and site systems.
- Experience procurement, inventory, and asset management.
Responsibilities
- Own Tier 1 site support for managed sites and triage requests.
- Coordinate equipment and ancillary services for site builds.
- Identify and engage vendors for site services and equipment.
- Provide backup pre-screening support using study criteria.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity across sites.
- Support procurement, shipping, and inventory for sites.
- Install and document equipment at new site build-outs.
- Document processes to improve consistency and scalability.
