Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, is seeking a Technical Services Engineer – Site Infrastructure & Enablement to ensure our managed clinical research sites have the technical, operational, equipment, and ancillary‑service support needed to launch and operate efficiently.

In this role, you will own Tier 1 site support, equipment provisioning for builds, vendor engagement, and site readiness across our network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, healthcare or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting clinical research sites or multi-site environments.
• Own Tier 1 support from intake through resolution with escalation as needed.
• Experience with clinical/healthcare tech, EHRs, and site systems.
• Experience procurement, inventory, and asset management.

Aufgaben

• Own Tier 1 site support for managed sites and triage requests.
• Coordinate equipment and ancillary services for site builds.
• Identify and engage vendors for site services and equipment.
• Provide backup pre-screening support using study criteria.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity across sites.
• Support procurement, shipping, and inventory for sites.
• Install and document equipment at new site build-outs.
• Document processes to improve consistency and scalability.
