Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Manager, IT Service Delivery and Field Services to lead IT support delivery and field operations across multi-site clinical environments. You will drive end-user computing, remote hands, and AI-driven automation to create a frictionless digital employee experience.

You will mentor Tier 1–3 teams, partner with clinical leaders, and advance ITIL maturity while managing SLAs, KPIs, and budgets in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience leading IT support operations in healthcare.
• Proven track record transforming IT service desks with AI and automation.
• Experience enforcing ITIL compliance in multi-site environments.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or ManageEngine.
• Oncology/clinical support operations experience is a strong plus.
• Travel up to 20%; available 24x7 for major incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT support delivery operations and field services across multi-site settings.
• Mentor Tier 1–3 IT support teams to ensure rapid, effective issue resolution.
• Partner with clinical leaders to drive adoption of new IT services and self-service tools.
• Drive AI-driven support solutions and zero-touch automation.
• Develop and mature ITIL practices to higher levels of maturity.
• Define and report SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs; foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliant, secure end-user computing and clinical support delivery.
