Job summary
Iterative Health, a healthcare technology company, is seeking a Technical Services Engineer – Site Infrastructure & Enablement in Cambridge/NYC area to ensure managed sites have the technical, operational, equipment, and service support required to launch and operate efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/Healthcare/Clinical research.
- 3+ years in multi-site technical support or healthcare IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Own Tier 1 support for all managed sites and triage requests to resolution.
- Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, and lifecycle management for site builds.
- Identify and engage ancillary-services vendors; assess capabilities and site requirements.
- Provide backup pre-screening support using established study criteria and processes.
