Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Technical Services Engineer – Site Infrastructure & Enablement to support a growing network of clinical research sites. You will own Tier 1 support, manage equipment lifecycles, and coordinate with vendors to install and maintain essential site technology and services.

You'll collaborate with Site Operations, IT, Quality, and Regulatory teams while traveling to sites as needed to ensure readiness, installation, and ongoing operational excellence across our US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting clinical research sites or multi-site healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to own Tier 1 support from intake to resolution.
• Experience with EHRs, clinical systems, and site workflows.
• Experience with procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 1 site support for multiple managed sites, triaging requests and escalating as needed.
• Support medical equipment, site build-outs, and ancillary services with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation, service delivery, and contracting workflows.
• Provide backup pre-screening support using study criteria and established processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and device issues across sites.
