Job summary

NRC is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our growing team across Oklahoma and Texas. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to multiple studies, with room to develop professionally within our expanding organization.

You will support protocol adherence, data capture, and regulatory tasks while communicating with sponsors and sites in English and Spanish. Travel between sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or junior clinical research experience accepted.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required for sponsor communications.
• Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple sites in TX and OK with protocol compliance.
• Manage EDC data capture, resolve queries, and monitor IRB updates.
• Coordinate access to EDC systems and respond to data queries within 48–72 hours.
• Maintain knowledge of study requirements and GCP standards.
• Support patient recruitment and enrollment across sites.
• Complete CRFs, data entry, and AE reporting in a timely manner.
• Communicate protocol issues to management and sponsors promptly.
• Interact with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, and site recruitment teams in English and Spanish.
