Job summary

JCCT is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator I to manage overlapping clinical trials, coordinate study activities, and serve as the primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, and site staff. The role emphasizes Spanish-English communication, strong organizational skills, and diligent regulatory documentation.

You will ensure protocol adherence, screen volunteers, collect data, and support QA audits while collaborating with investigators and study teams to advance research

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Life Science or related discipline; CFR, GCP, HIPAA knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating clinical trials.
• CCRC certification a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train others on coordinating responsibilities and protocol adherence

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple concurrent trials and serve as the main contact for sponsors.
• Maintain study logs, case report forms, and regulatory documents.
• Screen volunteers for eligibility and schedule procedures.
• Communicate with Investigators, Lab staff, and QA.
• Record adverse events and liaise with IRB and oversight bodies.
• Prepare for/participate in QA audits and site visits.
• Record, process, and ship lab specimens.
• Ensure compliance with safety and privacy regulations
