Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits and conduct complex protocols in compliance with FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Lead patient enrollment efforts and meet study enrollment goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, CROs, and physician specialists.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events and protocol deviations; liaise with PI and patients on eligibility and participation.
• Maintain detailed drug records, educate patients, and monitor adherence to study rules.
• Obtain training, certification, and credentials to perform study-related tasks.
• Read and disseminate study bulletins and memos; update documents via a project management platform (Basecamp).
• Collect patient vitals, draw labs, and process shipments as required.
