Job summary

Accel Research Sites seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support multi-site trials within the Operations department. The CRC will ensure study execution in accordance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations and SOPs.

Key duties include screening patients, obtaining consents, collecting data, vitals and ECGs, and coordinating with investigators. Strong organizational and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, EMT credential OR an Associate’s degree with 1 year of clinical research/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for study enrollment.
• Obtain informed consents and conduct follow-up visits.
• Document data in source charts and in EDC; respond to queries.
• Record vital signs and ECGs; collect and process lab specimens per protocol.
• Request and track medical record requests; maintain study logs.
• Schedule subjects and assist with recruitment as needed.
• Monitor visits and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Submit SAE/Deviation reports and report adverse events.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and ALCOAC principles.
