Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to ensure study execution in compliance with GCP and FDA SOPs. You will collaborate with site teams to screen patients, obtain consents, and manage data entry in EDC while handling vital signs, ECGs, and potential lab procedures.

The role requires a Medical Assistant diploma or equivalent, LPN/LVN, EMT credential, or an Associate degree with 5+ years of clinical research. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with up to 100% travel.

Qualifications

• Medical assistant or equivalent with 5+ years clinical research or clinical experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR/EMR systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for study enrollment and obtain informed consent.
• Coordinate patient follow-up visits and documentation.
• Document in source clinic charts and enter data in EDC.
• Obtain vital signs and ECGs, and perform basic lab procedures.
• Track medical records requests and maintain logs.
• Schedule visits, reminders, and manage study supplies.
• Monitor visits, report issues promptly to the team.
• Maintain confidentiality and ALCOAC documentation.
