Job summary

DocTrials in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage patient visits and execute interventional protocols across multiple offices. You will lead enrollment efforts, build relationships with sponsors and physicians, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 1 year of clinical research experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. A Bachelor’s degree is required; ophthalmology experience is a plus. Local travel is expected.

• Minimum 1 year clinical research experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits and independently conduct complex interventional protocols per FDA/ICH-GCP guidelines across Phoenix offices.
• Meet enrollment goals for studies by chart review, outreach, and site coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sponsor/CRO and Physician Specialists.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and other issues; liaise with Principal Investigator.
• Maintain detailed drug records, dispensing and patient education; monitor adherence to study rules.
• Read and internalize study bulletins and memos; update documents and relay information via a project management platform.
• Collect patient vitals, perform phlebotomy, and process and ship laboratory samples.
