Job summary

National Research Centers is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support operations across three sites (two in Texas and one in Oklahoma). The primary base will be Oklahoma, with travel to Texas as needed to support study activities.

You will manage EDC systems, ensure data integrity and protocol compliance, and support subject safety across sites. Entry-level experience in clinical research is welcomed as this role grows within NRC.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical or clinical research, junior or entry-level acceptable.
• Based in Oklahoma with travel to Texas as needed.
• Bilingual communication with sponsors and site teams is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations across three sites (TX/TX/OK) and ensure protocol compliance.
• Oversee EDC management and data queries; respond to IRB updates and lab data.
• Obtain access to EDC systems and resolve queries within 48–72 hours.
• Maintain knowledge of protocol requirements and GCP standards.
• Develop checklists to facilitate patient recruitment and enrollment across sites.
• Conduct study procedures ensuring protocol compliance during participation.
• Enter data promptly per the 24–48 hour policy.
• Manage subject participation per regulatory and protocol requirements.
• Complete CRFs, data entry, and AE reporting timely.
• Communicate protocol issues to management staff clearly.
• Maintain bilingual communication with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, and site recruitment teams.
• Respond to sponsor/monitor emails promptly and participate in QA activities.
