Job summary

You will support culture, nursing practice, and Magnet Hospital standards while ensuring efficient, caring, and courteous patient care.

You may supervise multiple clinical and nonclinical staff; collaborate with clinic leadership on staffing, education, and process improvements to maintain

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Current RN license in Virginia or compact state.

Responsibilities

• Supervises care and maintains visibility to patients, families and staff.
• Collaborates with leadership to meet unit/department goals (patient experience, staff engagement, process improvement).
• Coordinates recruitment, retention, coaching, scheduling and workflow with regional clinical manager.
• Provides leadership in patient care, staffing, supplies, and problem-solving development.
