Job summary

Valley Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support Urgent Care services in Martinsburg. The role requires leadership experience and RN background, with willingness to travel among Urgent Care sites to ensure coverage and patient care excellence.

The incumbent will supervise staff, coordinate patient flow, and strive to achieve high patient satisfaction scores. BLS certification and WV/VA licensure are required, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year RN experience strongly desired.
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved required.
• Licensed in the State of Virginia and/or West Virginia (dependent on primary location) as a LPN or Paramedic required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Knowledgeable of infection control policies and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work well with all types of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Travel to Urgent Care sites to provide coverage.
• Achieve patient satisfaction scores measured by surveys and reported monthly.
