Job summary

Blue Angel Clinical Partners seeks a dynamic VP of Operations to oversee clinic operations and MSO functions as the network grows. The role will establish scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and align with physicians and staff to meet clinical goals.

We value strong leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making to optimize patient and provider experiences across multiple sites in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of operations experience in healthcare, clinic, or MSO settings.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Experience scaling multi-site physician groups is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinics with smooth workflows.
• Develop and standardize best operational practices across locations.
• Lead MSO functions including HR, finance, compliance, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to support clinical and organizational goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient and provider experiences.
• Track KPIs and use data-driven insights for performance and scaling.
