Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research operations, life sciences, or multi-site clinical trials.
• Comfortable owning complex, multi-site logistics with minimal supervision.
• Spreadsheet fluency and structured document production with version control.
• Experience with procurement and vendor management.
• Clear, structured written communication for SOPs and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple research sites.
• Maintain structured milestone status reporting across sites.
• Ensure 100% net promoter score across sponsors, participants, vendors, and team.
• Manage vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and purchase orders.
• Coordinate accounts receivable/payable follow-up and resolve vendor account issues.
• Author, maintain, and version-control SOPs covering platform workflows and study operations.
• Onboard new performer sites with accurate, current documentation and training materials.
• Prepare status presentations and progress reporting for internal and external program reviews.
