Job summary

Accel Research Sites in Decatur, GA is seeking a Clinical Site Director to lead site operations, ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, and drive performance across ICH/GCP and FDA guidelines.

You will oversee staffing, training, budgets, and collaboration with departments such as Business Development and Quality to meet milestones, enrollments, and sponsor deliverables, while maintaining patient safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of clinical research experience or an equivalent combination is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical research site management experience.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EHRs and web applications.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information per HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Overall site management and leadership to drive performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, and Quality to meet milestones and budgets.
• Review dashboards and trial systems to ensure timely execution of clinical activities.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance, escalating risks as needed.
• Assist with training on SOPs, CRF completion, and study timelines.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Manage payroll, absences, hiring processes, and staff development.
• Collaborate with investigators to ensure patient safety and sponsor goals.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to risk mitigation.
• Perform other duties as required.
