Responsibilities

• Own and govern the US Country Operations model and resources.
• Lead a 65+ person Country Operations team.
• Oversee end-to-end study delivery from feasibility to close-out.
• Drive enrollment targets and trial diversity.
• Manage site alliances including Partner in Care Network.
• Embed AI/advanced analytics in feasibility, site selection and Forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with US regulations and ICH/GCP; maintain inspection readiness.
• Develop national workforce strategy and budgets; allocate resources.
