Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research seeks a Clinical Site Director to lead multi-site operations, ensuring compliant, efficient execution of trials across our network. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with departments to meet milestones while maintaining patient safety and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical research with at least 2 years in site management, plus bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of clinical research experience; 2+ years of site management experience.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance and leadership across multi-site research operations.
• Ensure execution of clinical activities in line with ICH, GCP, and FDA guidelines.
• Coordinate delivery with Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, Contracts, and Quality teams.
• Monitor dashboards and data to ensure timely completion of visits, calls, and protocol requirements.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans and provide staff training on SOPs and study guidelines.
