Job summary

Science 37 seeks a Site Operations Manager I in Clinical Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex clinical studies with the highest quality standards. You will lead a multifunctional study management team in a matrix environment, coordinating internal and sponsor teams for end-to-end trial execution.

You will oversee resourcing, budgeting, study metrics, and communications, and you will develop plans, monitor progress, and address risks with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech clinical study management experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research, including drug development processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple studies and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of clinical studies ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
• Develop study plans, milestones, and contingency plans with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor study metrics and budget expenditures; resolve data issues.
• Coordinate resources and staffing; communicate progress to sponsor teams.
