Job summary

Gastroenterology of the Rockies seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee four busy gastroenterology clinics. This role ensures efficient operations, supports high-quality patient care, and maintains regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will lead clinical and administrative staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with physicians and leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Travel to locations is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare management experience, preferably within gastroenterology or multi-site practice.
• Demonstrated experience supervising clinical and/or administrative healthcare staff.
• Experience working with EMR systems.
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of four gastroenterology clinics and ensure Staffing, workflow, and efficiency.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff (excluding providers), including scheduling and performance management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to support high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist with budget development and monitor expenses to improve financial performance.
• Oversee facilities and equipment, coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives across locations.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns with improvement plans.
• Analyze clinic performance metrics and optimize productivity and workflows.
• Communicate operational priorities to staff, providers, and leadership.
