Location: North Pod Clinics (Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, and Broomfield) Must be willing to travel to each location.

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of four busy gastroenterology clinics. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, supporting high-quality patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing effective leadership to clinical and administrative staff.
The successful candidate will have strong healthcare management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, staff, and organizational leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This position is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to remain seated for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking. The position requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and standard office equipment.
The role requires frequent use of the hands, wrists, and fingers and sufficient visual acuity to perform activities such as reviewing and analyzing data, preparing reports and documents, working at a computer, and reading.
