Qualifications

• Two years experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center.
• Registered Nurse with an active Colorado license; BSN preferred.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily ASC operations, balancing clinical duties with leadership responsibilities.
• Leads QA initiatives, incident tracking, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Ensures regulatory compliance (AAAHC, CMS, OSHA) and policy adherence.
• Monitors staff credentials, training, and onboarding documentation.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in collaboration with HR and leadership.
• Acts as liaison with vendors, biomed, purchasing, and other departments.
