Job summary

Gastroenterology of the Rockies in Boulder, CO is seeking an Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations across sites. This full-time, exempt role combines patient care leadership with administrative oversight, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

You will mentor staff, manage throughput, ensure accreditation readiness (AAAHC, CMS, OSHA), and partner with physicians, HR, and vendors to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center.
• Registered Nurse with Colorado license in good standing.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily ASC operations and staff leadership.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and quality initiatives.
• Manages onboarding, training with HR and recruitment.
• Tracks QA, incident reports and dashboards.
• Maintains vendor and inter-department coordination.
• Develops staff training programs and performance reviews.
