Job summary

Gastroenterology of the Rockies seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of four busy gastroenterology clinics in the Denver metro area. This full-time, exempt role travels between Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, and Broomfield locations, reporting to the Director of Clinical Services.

The position emphasizes staffing, workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, budget oversight, and leadership of clinical and administrative teams to support high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years healthcare management experience, preferably in gastroenterology or multi-site practice.
• Experience supervising clinical and/or administrative staff.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of four gastroenterology clinics across multiple locations.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff including scheduling and coaching.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, CMS) and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with clinic budgeting, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance and timely repairs.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care.
• Promote excellent patient service by addressing concerns and implementing improvements.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and staffing needs to improve productivity.
• Communicate effectively with staff, providers, and leadership about priorities and changes.
• Support organizational initiatives across all clinic locations.
