Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree in healthcare, administration, business management, or related field preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Must be onsite at assigned clinic(s), M-F during operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and development aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, staffing, patient flow.
• Manage budget and billing, optimize revenue.
• Maintain quality of care and patient safety standards.
• Oversee inventory and vendor relationships.
• Lead hiring, training, mentoring clinic staff.
• Enhance patient experience and resolve concerns.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA).
