Job summary

OnePeak Medical in Eugene, OR seeks a Practice Manager to lead clinic operations, staff, and patient experience across sites within the region. This in-clinic role focuses on delivering efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and financial health of the clinics.

You will oversee assistants, implement standardized processes, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to support growth while maintaining the highest standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site healthcare/clinical operations.
• Experience mentoring supervisors, leads, or managers.
• Experience with EHR/EPM systems and clinic scheduling/operations platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and workflows to ensure smooth provider schedules and patient readiness.
• Drive standardized processes, supply management, and safety/compliance.
• Oversee Assistant Practice Managers and clinic staff to ensure consistent standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support clinic staff to deliver a high-quality patient experience.
• Manage resources to maintain financial performance and growth.
• Monitor KPIs like visit volume, staffing, and overtime; drive improvements.
