Job summary

OnePeak Medical in Eugene, OR is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinic operations, patient experience, and financial health across sites within a defined region.

You will oversee staff, drive standardized processes, ensure HIPAA compliance, and partner with HR, IT, Finance, and clinical leadership to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care and continuous improvement. This role requires travel across clinics and a strong track record of multi-site leadership in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare or clinical operations environment.
• Experience directly managing or mentoring supervisors, leads, or other managers.
• Experience with EHR/EPM systems and clinic scheduling/operations platforms.
• Current BLS and/or CPR/AED Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows, accurate documentation, and efficient provider schedules across sites.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support clinic staff to deliver an exceptional OnePeak experience.
• Manage patient experience, provider onboarding, and schedule optimization.
• Monitor operational KPIs and support financial targets at the clinic level.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety, plus staff performance coaching.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, RCM, Marketing, Facilities, and Clinical Leadership on initiatives.
• Travel regularly across assigned clinics within the region.
