• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinics, admin, and support services.
• Direct branch management, ancillary services and facilities with clear accountability.
• Set and monitor performance related to financial, quality, patient access, and experience.
• Lead development of standardized policies, workflows, and staffing plans across locations.
• Collaborate with CEO and executive team to execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across operations.
