Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Client Manager to lead operational excellence and client satisfaction across multiple sites within the assigned territory. You will partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-quality workplace services and manage P&L elements.

Responsibilities include ensuring SLA coverage, staffing optimization, and proactive client engagement, while coaching teams to achieve performance targets and strong CSI/ESI scores.

Qualifications

• Relevant leadership experience managing client relationships and service delivery.
• Strong track record of coordinating teams across locations.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Direct service delivery and operations leadership across sites.
• Oversee intake, delegation, execution, and completion of client requests.
• Ensure SLA adherence and on-time deadlines across locations.
• Manage staffing, resources, and technology in the field.
• Lead payroll, billing, and A/R processes with accuracy.
• Conduct monthly budget forecasting and financial reviews.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and lead business reviews.
