Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and synchronize operations across multiple facilities in the United States. This role requires directing broad operational functions, implementing policy alignment, and fostering a productive, compliant workplace.

The successful candidate will drive profitability, oversee safety, and manage customer concerns while coordinating across departments to ensure staffing and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Operations Management or similar field.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple departments across three facilities.
• Must have strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of all Triangle facilities.
• Formulate policies that are consistent with all facilities as well as all governing bodies.
• Support and manage all Triangle facilities achieving profitability goals while maintaining a safe environment as well as providing a culture that is desirable to all employees.
• Monitor financial data to measure productivity, efficiency of all resources, and ensure all Plant KPIs are being achieved.
• Manage all customer issues for all facilities.
• Motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the jobs.
• Ensure all plants are maintained to OSHA standards.
• Review Sales and Customer orders to ensure all plants are adequately staffed.
• Oversee plant improvement projects.
• Capacity management.
• Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the organization.
• Cost Reduction as it relates to all resources, people, equipment, utilities, property management.
• Analyze and present any plant related capital expenses.
• Must understand and enforce all of Triangle's Policies and Procedures per the current handbook.
• Any other duties assigned by the President.
