Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Client Service Manager to sit on-site with our client and oversee multiple sites. You will lead daily service delivery, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to SPS policies while maintaining a professional image.

You will drive client satisfaction, manage site P&L, coordinate vendor negotiations, and support business development. Some local travel is required, up to 25%, with regular updates to the client and SPS leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in high-level relationship building and operational management.
• Experience supervising 5–10 employees.
• Ability to build client relationships with C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of employment policies and client service.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead onsite staff and manage 5–10 employees.
• Develop training and ensure compliance with SPS policies.
• Manage site P&L, hours, gross margin, profitability and growth.
• Coordinate vendor negotiations and project updates.
• Ensure OSHA/EEOC compliance and incident reporting.
• Maintain KPI/SLAs reporting and monthly reviews.
