Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for new clients to ensure smooth adoption of the Carefeed platform.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned client communities during onboarding.
• Develop platform solutions aligned to client needs and workflows; manage documentation with e-signature workflows.
• Track client trends and usage to identify opportunities to improve adoption; collaborate to refine onboarding processes.
