The role focuses on operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned properties to ensure safe, reliable building performance and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities include operating HVAC and life-safety systems, performing preventive maintenance, coordinating with property teams and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of building maintenance and operations experience.
• Experience servicing multiple properties.
• Knowledge of commercial building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety across multiple sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs and work orders.
• Coordinate with property management and vendors.
