Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Operating Engineer for our Franklin, MA campus. You will help maintain mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a 24/7 environment, supporting seamless operations across shifts.

The role requires strong HVAC expertise, 3+ years of maintenance experience, and comfort with CMMS, Microsoft Office, and safety procedures. On-site work with a flexible shift rotation and opportunities to grow within campus facilities.

Qualifications

• HVAC and building systems maintenance experience required.
• 3+ years in repair/maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and use ladders up to 30 ft.
• On-site, 24/7 operation with shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Maintain CMMS and complete work orders promptly.
• Respond to off-hour requests and support emergency repairs.
• Assist with safety procedures and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with shift leads for smooth handoffs.
