Job summary

Five Star Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Multi-Site Assistant Branch Manager for Albion, NY. The role drives branch goals through sales and referrals and manages staff across multiple offices.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating training, recruiting, and community involvement to grow the bank's relationships. Strong communication and NMLS licensing are required; a high school diploma is mandatory with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of Banking or Retail/Business related experience.
• Strong sales orientation and customer focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage associates across multiple offices and prioritize workload.
• NMLS registration required per SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and promote referrals and retention of relationships.
• Coach and monitor staff, provide feedback, and coordinate training and scheduling.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and staffing for offices.
• Participate in community events to enhance visibility and business opportunities.
• Interview loan applicants and handle required documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
