Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience.
• Small business deposit/credit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial statements and consumer credit concepts.

Responsabilités

• Engage in outside calling to small business clients.
• Grow the business through retention, expansion and acquisition.
• Lead branch team and ensure product knowledge and sales execution.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and branch operations are maintained.
• Schedule, staffing, onboarding, and development of branch teammates.
