Job summary

Optima Medical Management Group seeks an Office Manager to oversee daily admin and operations across multiple Behavioral Health clinics in Augusta, GA. You will ensure efficient workflows, patient experience, and strong site performance while partnering with clinical leadership.

The role requires leading front-office teams, training, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA/OSHA. Travel between sites and coordination with HR/IT are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 3–5+ years of office management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing multiple sites is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned clinic locations.
• Supervise front office staff, patient coordinators, and admin personnel.
• Conduct training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and related policies.
• Coordinate billing, insurance verification, and revenue cycle tasks.
