Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will support rent collection, posting payments, and staying on top of delinquency while guiding staff and maintaining resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, inspections, and adherence to Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements, with emphasis on teamwork and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor bad debt, notices, and evictions to protect cash flow.
• Supervise onsite staff and enforce company policies.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations to achieve high occupancy.
