Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community. You will handle rent collection, accounts receivable, and ensure compliance with fair housing guidelines.

Onsite leadership includes supervising staff, leasing activities, budgeting, and coordinating maintenance while upholding company policies. A high school diploma is required; bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of housing laws and OSHA is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to use onsite property management software.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income from residents accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily account receivables.
• Monitor bad debt and issue notices as needed.
• Support budgeted revenues and NOI targets.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
