Fortis Property Management is seeking a Multi-Site Assistant Community Manager for Veritas at East Cobb and Elevate at the Pointe in Georgia. You will support the Community Manager, ensure resident satisfaction, and maintain strong financial controls across two properties.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, invoicing, payroll, and accurate data entry in Yardi. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of multi-family experience and proficiency with property management software.

Formación

• Two or four year college degree preferred.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-3 years multi-family property management.
• Strong marketing and sales background.
• Accounting system functions.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, AppFolio).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing the annual operating budget.
• Collect rents and incomes while controlling expenses within the budget.
• Ensure deposits are made according to policy.
• Process invoices weekly and coordinate with Accounting.
• Handle on-site accounting functions and payroll.
• Resolve resident issues and provide superior customer service.
• Assist in community management in the Community Manager's absence.
