Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Community Manager for an Atlanta property. You will lead a team, drive leasing and marketing efforts, and ensure financial and operational goals are met.

The role requires coordinating maintenance, safety, and guest relations while maintaining strong owner relations. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in multi-family management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience.
• 1–3 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Meet revenue targets by driving leasing and marketing strategies.
• Perform budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis; manage invoicing.
• Analyze market trends and adjust property operations accordingly.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, evictions, and collections.
• Manage client/owner communications; conduct property tours and updates.
