Fortis Property Management in Georgia is seeking a Multi-Site Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager across two assigned properties, Veritas at East Cobb/Elevate at the Pointe. You will help optimize occupancy, profitability, and resident satisfaction while ensuring high operating standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years multi-family property management.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, AppFolio).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation and financial tracking for two properties.
• Collect rents, manage receivables/payables, and control expenses per budget.
• Process invoices weekly and coordinate with Accounting.
• Perform on-site accounting functions including payroll.
• Resolve resident concerns and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Maintain data accuracy in Yardi and ensure policy compliance.
