Dungarvin inc is seeking an Area Manager in Indiana to oversee several residential homes and staff teams. You will ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing, and Medicaid requirements while promoting person-centered care and staff development.

The role emphasizes program operations, operational stability, and collaboration with families and community stakeholders to support individuals in choosing meaningful, independent lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 2–3+ years of supervisory or management experience in residential or human services settings.
• Understanding of person-centered supports and Medicaid/CIH HCBS waivers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability per agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple homes and programs to ensure services are person-centered, compliant, and aligned with standards.
• Lead, coach, and support staff; assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and development.
• Promote person-centered planning and address family and participant concerns professionally.
• Monitor staffing, program performance, and on-call coverage; participate in on-call rotation.
