Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking an Area Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facilities and maintenance operations across our multifamily portfolio, reporting to Regional Property Managers. You will lead a team to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness while aligning with company standards.

The role requires 8+ years in facilities maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, EPA universal and CPO certifications, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance within Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Possess excellent general maintenance skills including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem solving, and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work well with tight deadlines and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure curb appeal, work order status, and make-ready units meet standards.
• Maintain maintenance shops and ensure cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory control and conduct on-site inspections.
• Oversee emergency plan implementation and training across properties.
• Collaborate with management on interviewing, training, and mentoring maintenance staff.
• Coordinate capital projects with Regional Property Manager and Construction team.
