Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to manage multifamily and hospitality facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. The role requires leadership, problem solving, and strong organizational skills to resolve escalated issues and drive cost-effective improvements.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with shared on-call rotations, a compensation of $30-$34 per hour, and opportunities for bonuses based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of facilities maintenance experience in Multifamily or Hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set scope and specs for maintenance projects, plus budgeting and scheduling.
• Bid and manage subcontractors and vendors for maintenance work.
• Lead preventive maintenance and safety compliance initiatives.
• Direct and review maintenance work orders and unit turns with a focus on customer service.
• Perform unit inspections and maintain documentation of tasks.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems prior to repairs.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry as needed.
• Handle on-call service requests and urgent issues.
• Present a professional appearance aligning with company image.
