Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to support delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, deliver garments, and maintain strong customer relationships with proactive communication. The role offers a Monday–Friday day shift and opportunities to upsell and strengthen client ties.

You will join a team-focused company that emphasizes safety, efficiency, and service excellence across a broad customer base in the U.S.

Qualifications

Driver's license and clean driving record.
DOT medical exam compliance.
High school diploma or GED (military service acceptable).
Customer service experience is a plus.
Experience in route sales or delivery is advantageous.
Comfort with new technologies and tracking tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.

Responsibilities

Develop proficiency across multiple routes to deliver top service.
Deliver garments and products to customers on established routes.
Load/unload items, collect used garments, and ensure timely service.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate feedback to leadership.
Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory checks, and maintain vehicle standards.
Operate safely following traffic laws and company policies.
Support new account installations and assist on routes as needed.
