General Hotels Corporation in Indianapolis is seeking a Dual Sales Coordinator for Homewood Suites Keystone at the Crossing and Tru by Hilton in Lawrence, Indiana. This full-time, on-site role supports the Director of Sales with contracts, proposals, and event details.

You will manage client communications, maintain the sales database, and assist during group events, with occasional evenings or weekends. Hotel sales or customer service experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Related work experience in hotel sales or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to the Director of Sales.
• Contract and proposal preparation.
• Maintenance of the hotel sales database.
• Finalization and detailing of meetings and events.
• Correspondence to clients and guests by email, phone, and in-person.
• Maintenance of group lead sources.
• Operational support during Manager on Duty/Front Desk shifts as required.
