Dimension Hospitality is seeking a proactive Dual Sales Manager for Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn Suites – Austin NW. You will generate revenue by developing client relationships, securing group business, and supporting sales strategies across two properties.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales experience required; multi-property or dual-property sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support more than one property effectively.
• Experience prospecting, developing new business, and growing existing accounts.
• Proficiency with sales systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach for both hotel locations.
• Manage existing accounts and build long-term client relationships that support revenue growth across the portfolio.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings and negotiated business.
• Conduct property tours and represent both hotels to prospective clients.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful execution of group bookings, events, and guest experiences.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue opportunities for both properties.
• Maintain accurate sales records, account information, forecasting, and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and portfolio sales goals.
