Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Sales and Service Coordinator to drive revenue for two or more hotels. This on-site role maintains relationships with management companies, owners, and clients while supporting guest experience and satisfaction.

In collaboration with the sales team, you will manage Delphi entries, prepare for weekly meetings, and prospect new leads to uncover opportunities. Associates/Bachelor’s degrees preferred; 1 year hotel sales experience recommended.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in hotel sales preferred.
• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and generate revenue.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sales and revenue generation for assigned hotel segments.
• Maintain relationships with management company, owners, and clients.
• Support guest experience and satisfaction in all operations.
• Act as the face of the properties and engage with the local community.
• Check and respond to emails/voicemails daily and participate in sales meetings.
• Enter all sales activities daily into Delphi with accuracy.
• Research and prospect leads and set appointments to uncover opportunities.
• Provide input to operations for Budget Workbook creation.
• Embrace McKibbon’s Guiding Principles in daily work.
